1: Have speakers come in to speak on the importance of self care. You’ll meet Gloria Jennings on Thursday. She can speak on eye care.2: Ask around to find a hair stylist that would speak on healthy hair, suggests easy hairstyles and products that are affordable .3: A manicurist can discuss importance of finger and toenail care.4: My cousin Phyllis is a genealogist . She could speak on that subject for those that are interested but didn’t know how to get information on their ancestors. They can share the information with their grandchildren.
