🔹 What's Needed Immediately:
Interest must be identified ASAP - We must secure enough committed travelers to completely fill a bus. This is essential for financial viability.
Secure Transportation - The hotel, Thanksgiving dinner, and event activities have already arranged. Now we need to locate reliable, reasonably priced group transportation.
Community Assistance Needed - We're asking as many people as possible to help identify bus companies so we can compare pricing and options. This must be a group effort.
Collect Traveler Count - If you are interested in traveling with us, please contact us ASAP so we can determine whether a full bus is achievable.
